Who will I share with?
All of our tenants are young professionals working locally who are carefully chosen and screened. We will always try to make sure that we choose like-minded individuals and we are pleased to say usually our house mates become good friends.

We select our tenants to ensure they are honest, considerate and fit in well with the existing house mates. I am sorry but we are not able to take couples as we feel this would put too much pressure on the facilities in the house. The vast majority of our tenants are aged 22 - 35 and work locally. Those who are new to the area really value the opportunity to socialise with like-minded people.

What will be in my room?
All rooms to rent have been recently redecorated and carpeted with new matching furniture. Beds are either small double or full-size double with storage underneath, an orthopaedic mattress and two mattress protectors. In addition, all rooms have a matching bedside cabinet, bedside lamp, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Depending on the room size, some will also have a desk and chair and additional storage. To cope with all gadgets, the rooms have plenty of sockets, a TV point and an Ethernet port in addition to high speed Virginmedia Wi-Fi throughout. The curtains are blackout curtains to protect your beauty sleep.

What is the process?
Make contact with us via phone, e-mail or the contact form below and just tell us a bit about yourself in terms of who you are, where you are working, your age and the type of place you are looking for. We will always get back to you and perhaps ask a few more questions or answer any queries you may have before arranging a viewing.

At the viewing this is your chance to see whether the house suits your requirements but also for us to establish if we think you would fit in well. If we are both sure, then we ask for a holding deposit of £100 to secure the room. This shows you are serious so that we stop advertising the room but it is not a fee as it is taken off the first month's rent.
